Deposit per double room: approx. 30% of the room price
Deposit per apartment: approx. 30% of the apartment price

Check-In/Check-Out

If you are arriving late or leaving early, the entire time booked will be included in the bill.

Conditions for cancellations and early terminations of holidays

The right of withdrawal according to § 18 sub-section 1 (10) of the FAGG (Austrian Act on Off-Premises and Distance Contracts) shall not apply; instead, we have implemented the following:

Cancellations will be free of charge if made up to 3 months in advance of the trip.
If the trip is cancelled between 1 and 3 months in advance of the trip, a 40% cancellation fee shall apply.
If the trip is cancelled between 1 month and 1 week in advance of the trip, a 70% cancellation fee shall apply.
If the trip is cancelled less than 1 week before the trip, guests arrive late or leave early, a 90% cancellation fee shall apply.
The Austrian hotel regulations (AGBH) shall apply to cancellations
